You may have heard this term in reference to suit tailoring. Bespoke products are made for a specific client. This means that the jewelry we design will be specific and unique to you.

Through computer-aided design, known as CAD, we make a 3D model of your jewelry. This allows us to be more precise and efficient than traditional hand-carving methods.

From consultation and sketches to gemstone selection and production, the bespoke design process can take up to 10 weeks. We make sure you love your piece at every angle.

Yes! We offer virtual design appointments for discussing projects & choosing the right diamond. Many of my favorite engagement rings have been made completely via email & zoom meetings.

Depending on what is needed, repairs and resizing can take up to 5 weeks. We treat each piece with the care and attention they deserve and guarantee the quality of our work.

Due to the custom nature of bespoke design, we cannot offer returns. We work with our clients one-on-one, every step of the way to ensure that you will love your jewelry. We can offer exchanges or store credit for jewelry purchased in our shop.

We use a local, certified refinery that is in compliance with EPA standards to obtain all of our precious metals. None of our gold, silver or platinum are mined from the earth.
All of our gemstones and diamonds are conflict-free, coming from labs and / or mines with conflict free mining practices, or recycled diamonds that have come out of old broken jewelry. Please see our About Page to learn more.
CUSTOM JEWELRY POLICIES

All Rendrag jewelry, semi custom or custom pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to assist you with any necessary modifications or exchange requests.
All bespoke or custom hand engraved pieces cannot be altered once they have been made. Please be sure to communicate to the artist all the most important parts of your bespoke piece.
1 resizing is included with the purchase of any piece of jewelry in our shop, unless the piece is an eternity style wedding band. The cost to size a piece like this is determined individually
If custom or semi custom pieces are not paid for or picked up within 90 days of completion Rendrag reserves the right to sell the piece, and deposits will not be refunded.
Rendrag will hold a custom stone for no more than 2 weeks, if the client does not respond or does not communicate within that time frame, we are not responsible for the stone being resold or set into another project.
If working with an heirloom stone, the stone will be inspected for imperfections. If cracks or imperfections are found Rendrag can reject the pieces, or the customer understands that Rendrag is not liable for further damage done to the stone, if the customer is aware of the existing defect. Rendrag is not liable for any damages caused while working with heirloom stones, though we will give our customers options for, stone recutting and polishing.
We will not copy another artists work or engraving designs, please do not ask.
Under no circumstances will we share CAD files or design work with another designer or artist.
DO NOT purchase a diamond or sapphire and bring it to us to create your custom piece, Rendrag does all of its own sourcing for precious stones and diamonds. We have approved vendors we work with that have amazing gemstones, diamonds and lab grown diamonds.
Center stone deposits are NOT refundable.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICY

Custom designs and Semi Bespoke designs (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom order.
All sale items are FINAL SALE -
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the condition that it was received — unused or unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also needed in the form of a receipt or order number. Pieces that are eligible for exchange are stock pieces bought through the shop.
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at hello@rendragjewelry.com with your name, order number, and reason for exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll walk you through the steps needed to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. -
Shipping costs a flat rate fee of $35, is sent via FedEx with insurance and requires a signature.
Local shipping or shipping to a PO Box is sent via USPS and will require a signature
Rendrag Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
If your package is sent back to Rendrag Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
Rendrag is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. -
International shipping is a flat fee of $150 via FedEx
Rendrag is not responsible for any customs or import fees for our products. All import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Rendrag can also not control the amount of time a country holds a piece in customs.
