Semi Custom dictates an adaptation of one of our core in-stock designs with slight variations/minor changes. Changes approved: stone choice, side stone addition, metal choice, hand engraving patterns, all without compromising the integrity of the original design.

We accept customer supplied heirloom diamonds and gemstones for an additional fee.

CUSTOM

Should In-stock, Made-to-Order and Semi Custom options hold too many parameters and you would like the freedom of a fully customized piece, explore our Custom process.

We work with clients to create a custom piece indicative of Rendrag Jewelry’s quality and core-aesthetic along with their unique preferences. Our clients work closely with Ashley to source the perfect center stone and comb through all the important details of the design.

We accept customer supplied heirloom diamonds and gemstones for an additional fee.

OUR design PROCESS

01. CONSULTATION

Begin with a personal consultation designed to refine your vision. Explore our curated collection of stock pieces, meet with the designer, and experience stone color samples and setting options firsthand. We’ll confirm ring sizing, discuss your investment range, and establish the contract and anticipated timeline.

To secure your spot in our workflow at this point, we require the Design Fee, stone sourcing fee or heirloom stone fee.

*Design Fee ($250) – non refundable, this fee covers the labor of CAD design and includes the allotted amount of revisions for either Semi Custom or Custom design processes.

*Stone Sourcing Fee ($500) – non refundable, this fee covers the sourcing process and fees associated with sourcing from our reputable suppliers, allowing us to present the client with a curated selection of options.

*Heirloom Stone Fee ($300) – This fee allows for us to utilize stones in antique or heirloom jewelry from the client in their new projects. Note: Rendrag Jewelry does NOT use stones sourced by the client from suppliers or elsewhere in the bespoke process.

02. DESIGN DEVELOPEMENT

Once your vision is defined, we source stone options for your piece with a typical lead time of approximately two weeks. A custom CAD model is then created specifically around your chosen stone, allowing you to thoughtfully review and approve every detail before production begins.

Upon design approval, a 50% deposit is collected.

03. PRODUCTION

With your design approved, your piece enters production and begins its transformation from concept to completion. Our bespoke pieces typically require 10–12 weeks to complete, allowing time for each detail to be carefully crafted and finished to our standards.

At this time, if your piece includes hand engraving, you’ll be sent final sketches for approval.

04. THE FINAL PIECE

Once your piece is complete, we’ll share a photograph of the finished project for your final review.

At this stage, the remaining 50% balance is due.

Your finished piece is then prepared for its final journey. Choose to have it shipped directly to you or arrange for personal pickup, marking the completion of your bespoke design experience.
